Sally Whipple, Board Vice Chair
/Sally Whipple is Executive Director, Connecticut's Old State House and Chair, Connecticut Humanities. The recipient of New England Museum Association's 2015 Award of Excellence, Sally serves on the Secretary of the State's Connecticut Civic Health Advisory Group, Friends of Coltsville and the Editorial Board of Connecticut Explored Editorial Board. Her prior museum work includes the Mark Twain House, Noah Webster House, Lebanon Historical Society, and Sally also was history museum consultant in museum education, interpretive and strategic planning and Food Access Project Coordinator for Connecticut Association for Human Services. Sally is married to William Kelly and resides in Colchester.
