Our Executive Director, Paula Mann-Agnew, participated in The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven and the Valley Community Foundation’s  Nonprofit Executive Leaders’ Institute (NELI). Exclusively for nonprofit CEOs/Executive Directors, this 3-day intensive program provided a comprehensive overview of the key leadership techniques and resources in the areas of Finance, Outcome Measures, Marketing, Fundraising, IT, Legal and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
